At each delivery your personal ThirstFirst Customer Service Representative will ensure that all equipment provided by ThirstFirst is cleaned and properly maintained using only environmentally friendly products that are safe and hygienic.
ThirstFirst is also the only office coffee service to offer a 90/90 service promise. Should you experience an unexpected run on product or should you require any emergency servicing during regular business hours ThirstFirst will strive to be on-site within 90 minutes of your call. Having access to all your selected products all the time is what we strive for so you can focus on your business without service interruptions. Additionally, we value every phone call from our customers – that’s why every call we receive is answered by a real person and not an automated phone system. When you need immediate assistance ThirstFirst will be there to give it to you every time. You have our word!
